thanks. I do use a program for caloric intake, called appropriately enough, "Calories". I've used Excel/Numbers to keep track of weight lifting and cardio stuff, as well as body weight and BMI.
This is what I meant by finding a fitness program that would fit my needs. The most important features for me would be scheduling and tracking my weight lifting and cardio routines by muscle groups. In a nice Mac friendly GUI. All the calorie and body weight stuff I can keep track of in separate programs.
