Harry, If what you mean is how do you get your me.com email address, it is your MobileMe users name followed by me.com. You don't have to do anything. If you had a mac.com email account you can continue using that or just use me.com, or both to really confuse everyone.
If you are trying to get a me.com email account only (none of the other parts of MobileMe; just email), that is no longer available.
