Harry, Log in to your MobileMe account and then your MobileMe Mail. In the center of the tool bar is a group of mail related "tools," the one on the right, a wheel, is the action icon you want. Click on it and at the bottom of the drop down menu is Help and Support. The Mail Help and Support starts with Mail Overview and the third of the five Top Questions (listed at the bottom of the window) is "Setting up .MobileMe Mail to receive email from another account." This give a nicely illustrated list of steps for what I think you want; try it and see. If this doesn't help ask again.
