[MacGroup] SQL expert

Is anyone out there an expert SQL database user/programmer, or does  
anyone know someone like that that I could talk to? I am getting some  
suspect answers from a web hosting company about the difficulty of  
making some changes on a website that is being managed through a CMS  
that links to an SQL database, and I would like to verify if my  
suspicions about their overstating the difficulty of doing a global  
find/replace within the database are correct.
