I rebooted the modem and Airport Extreme, helped some but still have the spinning ball on many actions. Doesn't make sense, especially when you go "back" to a previous page, this is all in Safari.
I finally tried Firefox and the things is a screaming demon. I can't believe the difference but on the Insight 20 Safari would beat Firebox. So, I don't know if the problem is with Insight or Safari but I intend to find out.
