I have installed it on three machines, so far, and can’t really point to any big problems. To prepare the machines, make sure you run System Profiler>Software>Applications first to identify any PowerPC programs still on your machine. These will not run with Lion, so if there's a must-have program there, you shouldn't upgrade. The biggest problems I have are getting used to the iPad style scrolling and mail program. All the dozen or so programs I've tried work fine. I like the full-screen programs and the three-fingered swish between programs.
