I updated all the machines this morning, and the updates to both the Macs and the iOS boxes seemed to go in just fine. If you check the logs during the iOS update, you'll see this little Easter egg repeated quite a few times. 10/13/11 6:37:01.902 AM iTunesHelper: AMDeviceConnect (thread 0x7fff7bfcf960): This is not the droid you're looking for (is actually com.apple.mobile.restored). Move along, move along. That being said, I'd wait a while before turning on iCloud. Mail hasn't been working at all since about 7:30 this morning and the calendar has been in and out. It seems Apple has some glitches to work out due to the added load. Does anyone else think it might have been intemperate to instantly roll it out with all the features across the whole product line?
