It's mostly done with a boatload of Javascript and lots of embedded images. It 
looks good, but probably takes at least a lifetime of person-years to create 
because each page is pretty much a one-off layout. They also use some 
proprietary plugins for the interactive portions. This is probably where the 
iPad and maybe the Mac have problems.
