I reset the router. rebooted the Imac.  Still same error.  Can't access the
web page.

I type in the "192" numbers you gave.  Nothing on the imac, kindle, or
another pc I have.

However, I can access the internet on  the kindle and pc.  but not the
"192" number.  Can't access that from any device.  Makes no sense!
