Have you installed VLC? There is a library called libdvdcss that actually does
the CSS decryption, and VLC contains it. You also need or the older deCSS
library this on Windows and Linux. On Windows, many pieces of third-party DVD
software install something with a name like libdvdcss.dll that Handbrake can
grab. On Linux it's just called libdvdcss.

The commercial software Mac DVD Ripper Pro works pretty well. You can get it
right now, along with a dozen or so other decent Mac programs with the December
MacUpdate Promo. The promo is $50 and you also get Data Rescue 3, a very good
hard disk utility that lists for $100 all by itself.
