Yes! Many thanks to all of you! This worked like a charm. TWC's help pages are not very clear - they say to use rr.com plus whatever designation is appropriate for your area. I knew the MacGroup would come through with the right information. You guys are the best! And I think I'll take your excellent advice about ditching TWC's email and send it all to another account.
