I haven't called yet as they where so in helpful during the whole process. They have a lot of the router settings tweeked. I noticed that when checking out websites after the installation. I read a lot of European aquarium sites and some functions that use the ip of your router did not work anymore.
They don't support TIVO connects. I use to use a power line adapter to connect the TIVO. well the router does not allow that nor does it allow two streaming devices to be connected at the same time.
