To my knowledge (admittedly less than omniscient) there is no element within FileMaker nor within any plugin that offers PDF conversion. There are plugins that will pull out some of the data from a PDF form, and there are some online services that offer OCR to users of FileMaker with a bit of programming. And it is not cheap for just the purpose of the one incomplete ability.
All-in-all, I think you would be far better served, though, with PDFpen or Acrobat Professional. PDFpen is the cheapest. Acrobat is more expensive and I really don’t think you want to use FileMaker at all in this case. And I’m a FileMaker Fanatic, so believe me.
