I may be way out of line, and THE ONLY REASON I send this to our group is
because APPLE is always quoted in the press, last night I heard the news
talking about APPLE’S threatening the people of South Carolina….

So, my first ever rant against Apple, I am their biggest supporter, I promote
them with vigor, continually spreading the good news….but this one is not right
and Apple appears to be spearheading the efforts to squelch the will of the
folks in South Carolina.

Apple is needing to tend to the business of making the company great with
hardware and software beyond what any can match….Below I posted to my various
groups, they are going to be greatly surprised I am sure…I also posted on
Social Media…

Forgive me it this is out of line, my heart is with Apple, AND the will of the
majority, normally the two are not opposed but Mr. Cook has change all that.

This one has me so “lit” I can’t calm down. We as a society are being
controlled by a few, a small segment are making the rules that the majority
completely oppose.

The governor of South Carolina and the legislators are holding firm on the
belief that their people DO NOT want transgender bathrooms where their wives,
daughters and granddaughters are exposed to the minds of those who could do
them harm.

What are we even discussing this? How has this become an issue?

One of the strong arm companies is Apple, Tim Cook has told the good folks of
South Carolina that if they passes such a law he would move his firms huge
datacenter out of the state….so?

I wrote the letter below to Mr. Cook, I’ll write to the governor of South
Carolina, asking him to maintain his stance. Our Indiana governor bowed to the
pressure of liberal corporations and the NBA…why? If every state would do the
will of the people these liberal folks would have nowhere to go other than a
few very liberal states…let them go, we as a people have our rights that are
NOT subjected to the power-brokers.

If you think it’s time we stood up to these bullies then make your voice known,
don’t leave it to “someone” else! I am fed up with my rights continually being
overridden by those with “rights” that are more important than mine…..and
millions of us of the same persuasion.

Mr Cook,

I have purchased Apple products since 1984, spending hundreds of thousands
during all the many years. I have converted dozens of people, I have a
futuristic office with fiberoptic lighting and an Apple Logo neon sign…I bleed
blue.

I stand with you and most every issue, the security of Apple devices, the
face-off with our government wanting to usurp our privacy…behind you completely.

In areas that don’t pertain to Apple’s business model, it’s irrelevant what you
or anyone inside Apple desires to be YOUR values, it’s time for this out of
place strong arm tactics to cease. You, or the company, have no right to tell
the governor of South Carolina what he and the people of his state deem to be
their values….or you’ll be a corporate bully and take your business elsewhere.

So be it, leave the state, and you may well find your facing something you
don’t like in the next place of domicile, what then?

As an Apple stockholder I detest the position you are taking, I can’t do much
but I can voice my beliefs that you are out of line, I can do it with the
Governor of South Carolina, my own governing authorities, and on very social
media outlet available. You are overstepping your authority and hopefully
you’ll find Apple's bottom line will be hurt by the belief that YOU have the
right to decide that what others believe is irrelevant.

Reign it in Mr. Cook, you need to tend to the business of Apple and let the
folks in each state decide what’s best for them, it’s beyond your moral
authority to lord it over the will of the majority. I have a wife, two
daughters, a granddaughter and a great granddaughter…I DO NOT want them
subjected to the sickness of a segment of our society simply because you and
others with your thinking deem it so and attempt to override our beliefs.
