Harry,

It could be that they won’t allow a computer as the film could be copied and 
saved from a computer, the mobile devices normally don’t have the storage 
capacity to capture streaming video, even if there are programs that allow???

If there is something that I REALLY need to save then I watch it on my 
computer, laptop or desktop, and capture it with SnapZPro, I can’t do that with 
the iPad..
