I have a 2008 MacBook Pro (17”) that just decided to die the death of what some call Apple’s "poorly designed graphic card."
Need to replace it. I use it primarily for offsite presentations/usage. Unfortunately I have one this Friday and another next Friday. Hadn’t been looking into what to buy to replace it. Realized I have much ned to replace some of my Apple hardware this year but just haven’t had the time to research what was available and would be the best. Since I was last buying Apple computers, a lot of new renditions have come along. I usually prepare my presentations on my iMac (which is probably living on borrowed time) so really looking for something to use basically to download programs from iMac, hook up to a projector and present. What would you suggest I ask about when I go to the Apple store tomorrow?
