Harry, 

A note on speed….if you’ve used ApplePay you’ll instantly realize the speed of 
NFC vs a chip card,  there is no comparison, Apple is immensely quicker….well 
with the Apple Watch 3 the speed is instant…I hardly get the Watch to the 
reader and it’s over….possibly twice as fast, three times,  as the original 
watch…
