I called the bank, and the customer service rep. said it wasn’t them who blocked the transaction. As she looked at the transaction on her screen she noted a number of irregularities, and said it appeared the problem was on Urban Outfitters end. I then called UO customer support. The man there said yes, the transaction was declined, but he said there was no information on why it was declined or by whom. I told him in that case they need a software upgrade. He said my only option if I wanted the purchase to go through was to put it on another credit card, which I did. He then said it was approved. Jim
