Hilarious, Bill! BTW, everyone, my daughter showed me an app that she uses called “RoboKiller” that will block all sorts of robo-calls on her mobile.
An absolutely side-splitting feature is the ability to choose from a variety of recordings that will keep the caller on the line and unable to con someone else for several minutes. It has a bunch of pre-recorded scenarios designed to string the callers along. She (my daughter) says that the number of robo-calls that actually get to her attention have dropped to near zero. She is a paramedic and uses her phone a lot in her work, so having to stop working and answer a nuisance call is a real hazard. She also says going back and listening to the ones that get recorded is quite the latest in comedy entertainment.
