You're welcome to use the nightly release available on our website.
Mach-II 1.8.1is a maintenance release (read: bug fix release). If you
not experiencing any of these bugs *at the moment*, then you don't have
to worry about the upgrade until it's official:

I encourage everybody to check out the nightly for this maintenance
release if you are having problems. The release date on maintenance
releases is sort of a rolling date as it's completely based on tickets
reported on the version it is meant to be as maintenance release for (we
had two new tickets over the ticket on very minor issues).
It's forth coming, but no solid date on the release since 1.8.0 final
has only been in the wild for three months at the moment.
