Yes, you could use Machinekit to control it.

It appears to be a stepper controlled gantry router and the spec says it can be controlled by Mach or Linuxcnc.

There are no configs available for it, for Machinekit or Linuxcnc, that I can find, so you will probably have to select the Mach config that is
written for it and use that info to write your own.

If you decide to take it on, my advice, do it on a x86 computer using the parallel port, at least initially.
Going for a palm sized SoC ARM board just adds several layers of unnecessary complexity.
