Schematics are online: https://github.com/cdsteinkuehler/bobc_hardware/blob/CRAMPS-v2.2.1/CRAMPS/CRAMPS.pdf?raw=true eQEP0A_in (P9.92): SPLCS1 on the CRAMPS board, which is available on P303 pin 4 (with no input protection, so make sure your signal is 3.3V or less). eQEP0B_in (P9.27): FET3 on the CRAMPS board. This goes to the '244 buffer driving the FETs, so you will need to wire directly to the P9 header. Again, make sure the signal is 3.3V or less, and do *NOT* use the FET3 output (E1 heater) when running the encoder.
