yesterday i set the pins to input and qep and this day i wanted to make 
sure i have done everything right by checking the pin modes and what do i 
get?

cape universala overlay not found
run "config-pin overlay cape-universala" to load the cape

also the same with: config-pin 930 input

so i flashed the backup onto the restored sd card and got the same
