I have no clue. The scripts just build a kernel, they do not create a uSD image (there are other scripts for that). You should start with a working uSD image and add your custom kernel, or you will have lots of problems that I will not help you through on the Machinekit mailing list. Start by booting an unmodified uSD image on your BBB. Build a kernel deb package using RCN's scripts. Copy the resulting deb package to your BBB and install with dpkg. Reboot and you should be running the new kernel. ...at this point, you can start making changes to the kernel source to customize it for your needs.
