yes and throwing the pieces seperate each per message is not really helpfully.
1st piece : are you sure the 7i90 generally works as expected?
if true
2nd: why do you know this? what shows your method which you are using?
3rd: how do you flash the 7i90? Are you sure it is running the right bit-file?
If true:
4th: works the spi communication generally? How did you verify this?

I have no clue about your skills.
Maybe you are a mesa expert and using mesaflash is your staff of life.
