I'm not sure of the default config used here, but my guess is you were 
supposed to use 'velocity extrusion' in Slic3r.
There is no A in velocity extrusion.

Did you get your Slic3r from thecooltool or install it from elsewhere? 
 Velocity extrusion was never merged into the mainstream Slic3r.
