I should add that to install libgcc1_4.9.2-10_armhf.deb I downlaoded it
and the installed with gdebi. You probably concluded that seeing I used
gdebi. The package download page says " it is strongly suggested to use a
package manager like aptitude <https://packages.debian.org/jessie/aptitude>
 or synaptic <https://packages.debian.org/jessie/synaptic> to download and
install packages" but synaptic is basically useless as it pegs the
processor and takes forever to respond. I have never used aptitude so I
used gdebi. Not sure if this is an issue as they did not say why they
strongly made that suggestion? If you think this could be a problem I can
try installing again with aptitude. gdebi did not give me an error and said
it finished the install so I think I am good.
