Could do with some more info please.

What computer is this?  How much RAM?
What config are you loading? (attach please)

Looks like software generated stepgen  to steppers through parport?

Did this previously work, or have you only just tried it?
If it did previously work, what was the git sha of the packages you used?

If you search this error, it keeps coming up with references to libzmq, but nothing concrete.

I don't have anything with xenomai on it, but would expect this to arise on the BBB running Jessie too.

In your follow up you said you got this error loading manually through halcmd.
Do you have the log of this to show what was loaded and where the error arose?

The same happens with RIP build
If I try to load modules from halrun by hand it still throws some FATAL ERROR, but doesn't crash unloading modules

Hi,

I am on
Linux debian 3.8-1-xenomai.x86-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 3.8.13-12~1jessie~1da x86_64 GNU/Linux

with machinekit installed
marco@debian:~/log$ dpkg --list | grep machinekit
ii  machinekit
0.1.1552558261.git355496b-1~jessie          amd64        PC based motion controller for real-time Linux

-xenomai                    0.1.1552558261.git355496b-1~jessie          amd64        PC based motion controller for real-time Linux

from (apt)
deb http://deb.machinekit.io/debian jessie main

So, I think the installation is good, but whatever (I tried some) configuration I try to run I get errors.
I have attached in print.txt the terminal output

Looking in the log I see that at some point it decides to unload the modules, but I can't understand the reason.

Maybe it is the
FATAL ERROR: OUT OF MEMORY (epoll.cpp:55)
that it keeps throwing on the terminal.

Is there anything I can do to better debug this?
