Might be even cooler to have toggleable profiles:

 - regular config (no Java, Javascript with no error messages, accept
   all cookies)

 - DHTML developer config (no Java, Javascript with verbose errors,
   display/confirm cookies)

 - Java developer config (Java, no Javascript, accept cookies, etc.)

 - untrusted sites config (no Java, no Javascript, confirm cookies, etc.)

 - pr0n config (no Java, no Javascript, deny all cookies, no history :)

I toyed with the idea of using different .js files in Navigator for a bit,
but gave it up for a lost cause. It'd be really cool to do this in IE5,
though - preferences bookmarklets or something.
