I may be in the minority, but I do not want the windows I open changing size
suddenly. I put a window where I want it; if it overlaps the dock, it's
because I want it to. But when IE is deciding where to put the window, I
want it to be smart about it.

In particular, I do not want IE's window to move up out of the way if I use
the keyboard shortcut to show the dock (as it does now). And I do not want
IE to obscure part of the window under the dock when I zoom the window
(again, as it does now).

Hopefully that makes sense.

(My other gripe about window handling is more Mac OS X-global... I'd love a
shortcut key for Bring All To Front. But it would seem we'd need Apple to
come up with a standard for it.)
