I think unplugging the cable modem was the problem. Now the IP address seems
to be changing continously. The entire system on my Pulsar has also slowed
to a crawl. Programs such as Microsoft Entourage or Internet Explorer take
forever, despite the machine having 160.4 MB of free memory with virtual
memory turned off. I have as of yet been unable to download any e-mail as
Entourage has yet to complete an e-mail download cycle after twenty
minutes!!!
