Hi, I want to set up a wireless network using airport. We will be getting an imac running os 10. We also have an ibook running 9.1 and a performa running 7.6. I get dsl from telus. I also have an asante router which connects all my computers via ethernet. I remember reading somewhere, when airport first came out, that it was possible to use an imac as a base station. Is this possible ? and if so how do I set it up using the equipment have.I know I have to get airport cards for both ibook and imac. We don't care if the performa gets on line but would still like to access its hard drive through teh network. Thanks and Merry Christmas everyone
