If you can configure the Airport to restrict or allow access based on the NIC's 
physical address that is hardcoded into the card.  I know my wireless router allows me 
to do that and the Airport may have a similar feature though it might be only for 
wireless clients, not wired.

Make sure your daisy chained hubs are connected to the special port designed for doing 
that.  You don't want to plug the second one just anywhere into the first one.  
There's usually a designated port for doing that.  For example, I've got an older 
Asante simple 8 port hub here and port #1 is also labeled "IN" and next to that is an 
un-numbered port labeled "OUT".  Those two are for daisy-chaining the hub with another 
hub.
