Make sure your daisy chained hubs are connected to the special port =
designed for doing that. You don't want to plug the second one just =
anywhere into the first one. There's usually a designated port for =
doing that. For example, I've got an older Asante simple 8 port hub =
here and port #1 is also labeled "IN" and next to that is an un-numbered =
port labeled "OUT". Those two are for daisy-chaining the hub with =
another hub.=20

Also known as an "uplink" port. Some hubs/switches have an dedicated port , some of an button you an press to turn it on/off and some sense automatically. You can also use an cross-over cable (if you don't have an port). Although, it sounds like your working already anyway.
