Why don't you just find a DSL ISP that doesn't use PPoE?? or go with cable access?
Every single person I know on DSL has had nothing but problems...

Just what did you ask them? TunnelBuilder is a VPN client used to encrypt
information usually through a corporate firewall so you can work at home.
