Well, its time for us to go wireless, so, thought I would pose this to the group, which wireless router, would works "The Best" in a Mac office. (12 computers and one printer )
We do have a lot of of older mac with PCI slots, so could add some wireless nic cards.

If you need to use AppleTalk over the wireless LAN make sure your Wireless Access Point supports AppleTalk.
The Apple wireless hardware is probably "The Best" for a Mac office.
I recommend the Airport Extreme.
There's cheaper stuff but the Apple stuff will work for sure.
You can connect the WAP to your existing wired network and so you probably don't need to install PCI wireless cards.
Belkin also makes a nice WAP with a built-in 4 port switch that supports AT over wired and wireless.
