What IP does Panther get? 192.168.x.x? This is what it should get. If it is something else, it may not be getting to Jaguar. Do not try to connect Panther until Jaguar is dialed up and Internet sharing is started. You might try switching Panther to Manual, then back to DHCP to make it re-request an IP.
