That’s correct. However, the special sauce required to make this work was not part of our public SDKs, at least the last time I checked. Historically the only way to accept incoming TCP connections over peer-to-peer Wi-Fi was via `NSNetServiceListenForConnections`. On modern systems you should also be able to do it via `NWListener`. That’s a step in the right direction — `NWListener` at least supports UDP — but it doesn’t get you all the way because Network framework currently does not support multicast.
