Download it and they will come

Comictastic can automatically download and display comics
Spiny.com has announced the first release version of Comictastic -- a handy-dandy app
that can fetch and display over 150 comics -- from long-time favorites like Andy Capp
to the always unintelligible Zippy the Pinhead. It also supports many comics that are
good for more than just mocking, including Diesel Sweeties, Doonesbury, FoxTrot, Red
Meat, The Norm and dozens of others.
This first whole-number release includes numerous bug fixes as well as technologies
like subscriptions and auto-downloading.
Comics.com titles, such as Dilbert, aren't supported by this app. But, honestly, who
cares about the travails of another PC-using dullard?
Editor's note: At first blush, this app looks like a winner and a worthy addition to
your morning routine (ie coffee, sugar-covered starch-based foods and inane laughs).
