Here's third-party add-on designed to enhance El Gato's EyeTV
Lex Software has announced v1.0 of iTVeye, a specialized web browser that links to and
provides TV viewing information from TV.Yahoo.com. iTVeye is a compact browser that
provides limited browsing functionality in order to be better integrated with El
Gato's EyeTV -- the leading personal video recording package for X. iTVeye allows the
user to record or view TV programs as listed on tv.yahoo.com with using EyeTV device.
iTVeye is shareware and can be demo'ed (features intact) for seven days. After the
trial period, those wishing to keep using it will have to pony up $10.
Editor's note: It would seem that EyeTV is getting tread with X users -- ie it's
spawning add-on makers.
