Apple Releases QuickTime 6.1.1

Streaming buffer with MPEG-4 problem solved with update.
Apple has made QuickTime 6.1.1, a maintenance release, available via both software
update and standalone installer. The update addresses streaming buffer problems.
Apple advises QuickTime users install 6.1.1, noting that it contains "important bug
fixes to MPEG-4 streaming."
The Windows version of QuickTime reportedly has similar problems. OS 9 users do not
need to update their version of QuickTime which remains at 6.02.
The standalone installer is 19MB for OS X and 11MB for Windows.
