Got it working, but I cheated. I got a friend's Xerox PPD file and manually pointed the Add Printer panel to it and created a printer off that. The result was a printer that couldnt print. Then I did a Software Update and it downloaded a new PPD for that printer. I deleted the printer and added it again.
