Agreed - if anything Services is a lot more useful in 10.6 than it has been in prior OS X versions. Why make it this accessable unless Apple wanted to make it easier/quicker for people to use? [also, fwiw, my system, a 2-month old iMac, doesn't exhibit the weird behavior of requiring more than 3 services in any one group to be checked for them to show up in the context menu; also this system is clean of APE and other "haxies". 3rd party software like CSSEdit, OmniFocus, Adium, etc, but nothing system-changing unless you could Macports.] On a 27" monitor having Services appear as a right click saves a lot of time visiting the Apple menu or remembering obscure shortcut key combos! :) /vjl/ _______________________________________________ MacOSX-talk mailing list [email protected] http://www.omnigroup.com/mailman/listinfo/macosx-talk
