The Macworld that arrived today says on page 82 that you can usually
fix this problem by going to Keyboard Shortcuts, unchecking the
checkbox for any service that isn't showing up, and re-checking it.
But they add that certain services will never show up in the
contextual menu, due to a design decision by Apple.
