        The green button is supposed to "right size" the window. That is figure 
out how big the window should be based on the contents of the window. As you 
can imagine this can be somewhat difficult to do, so some programs punt and 
just make the window take up the whole screen. Safari is actually making an 
attempt at doing the right thing.
