Hello, I use Lingon whenever I want to configure my own custom service in Mac OS X (http://www.peterborgapps.com/lingon/). It used to be free but it unfortunately looks like it's now $5 since it moved to Apple's app store... I can provide you with the last known free version offlist if you'd like.
