1Password by far. It's not perfect (particularly going through some changes at the moment) but it works across browsers, across machines and operating systems (well at least OSX and Windows) and does password generation, as well as maintaining credit card data. I have about 20 different Google usernames and passwords plus, of course, thousands of others, and 1P makes it a breeze. Well, it's no longer a pain and worry.
