Even easier, in the keychain prefs, make sure you have the lock displayed on the menubar. If you do, you can click it and lock your screen right away. You can also manually lock the keychains too. I use that feature all the time. :) In the Keychain Access application, go to its preferences, and in the General tab, select, "Show Status in Menu Bar".
