Update: Turns out this method WILL get Google calendars to show up in iOS, but 
they do NOT cause those same subscriptions to show up in the iCloud calendar 
web UI. So do not go for iCloud conversion if you have SL users who depend on 
subscribing to Google or other external calendars.
