The extra characters are time stamps for incremental backups, not full backups. The folder should be a named JUST the UDID. It should, the way the directory named is composed is a SHA1 of the applications name and the path, so it shouldn't changed. Good luck. For future reference 1) iCloud backups are the shit and 2) backup more often to your computer ;P -- The way I see it, the longer I put it off, the better it'll end up being.
